Three unique properties on the southern side of Windhoek overlooking the city landscape below is the context for a development to create 6 six modern smaller residences.
Each is unique in character, utilising the idea of the courtyard to temper the summer heat, whilst not forsaking the opportunity to use rooftops as outdoor living spaces.
Guided by a dramatic landscape & abundant light, the form is sculpted to ‘disguise’ the smaller residences as three larger buildings, blending off-shutter concrete with Corten steel and white painted walls.
